I Description : LDPE bags having printed with ______ color / colors (or) plain LDPE bags.
II Dimensions : This test includes with
a) Length : Measure the length in mm of 10 LDPE bags individually. It should meet as per the specimen literature with tolerance of ± 25 mm and ± 10 mm. Note it in the report sheet.
b) Breadth : Measure the breadth in mm of 10 LDPE bags individually. It should meet as per the specimen literature with tolerance of ± 25 mm and ± 10 mm Note it in the report sheet.
c) Height : This test is not applicable for LDPE bags.
III Average : Weigh 10 LDPE bags individually in g
Weight and calculate its average wt. It should meet as per the specimen. LDPE bags report.
IV Thickness : This test is not applicable for LDPE bags.
V Inner Diameter : This test is not applicable for LDPE bags.
VI Outer Diameter : This test is not applicable for LDPE bags
VII Text Matter : Check the over printing matter of 10 LDPE bags individually. It should meet as per the specimen LDPE bags. Note it in the report sheet.
VIII Clean : Check the cleanlines of 10 LDPE
Liness Check bags individually. The test passes if the bags are not dirty, mutilated, torn or stained. Note it in the report sheet.
IX Foldings / Flaps : This test is not applicable for LDPE bags.
X Bursting Strength This test is not applicable for LDPE bags
XI Grammage : This test is not applicable for LDPE bags.
XII Over flow : This test is not applicable for LDPE
Volume bags.
XIII Threading : This test is not applicable for LDPE bags.
2.0 OPINION
The sample complies if it meets all the requirements stated above. The sample does not comply if it fails to meet any of the requirements stated above.
