1.0 PROTOCOLS OF TEST
1 Description : Circular piece of aluminum foil or butter paper having printed with _________ color / colors or plain unprinted white color.
2 Dimensions : This test includes
a) Length : This test is not applicable for Taggers.
b) Breadth : This test is not applicable for Taggers.
c) Height : This test is not applicable for Taggers.
3 Average : This test is not applicable for
Weight Taggers.
4 Thickness : This test is not applicable for Taggers.
5 Inner Diameter : This test is not applicable for Taggers
6 Outer Diameter : Measure the outer diameter of 10
/ Diameter Taggers individually and note in the report. It should meet as per the specimen. Tagger with tolerance of ± 2 mm.
7 Text Matter : Check the printing matter of 10 Tagger individually, and note it in the report sheet. It should meet as per the specimen Tagger. N.B. this test is not applicable for plain unprinted Tagger.
8 Clean liness : Check the cleanliness of 10 Taggers
Check individually. The test passes if the Taggers are not dirty mutilated, torn or stained. Note it in the report sheet.
9 Foldings/Flaps : This test is not applicable for Taggers
10 Bursting : This test is not applicable for
Strength Taggers.
11 Grammage : This test is not applicable for Taggers
12 Over flow : This test is not applicable for
Volume Taggers
13 Threading : This test is not applicable for
Taggers
2.0 OPINION
The sample complies if it meets all the requirements stated above. The same does not comply if it fails to meet any of the requirements stated above.
