CLEANING AIDS:
6.1.1
Two –in –one Vacuum Cleaner : It is used for dry & wet cleaning

Backpack Vacuum Cleaner : It is used for de-dusting.

Glass cleaning apparatus: It is used for cleaning the glasses

GENERAL AREAS:
6.2.1
Start the cleaning activity from outside staircase with dry cleaning followed by wet cleaning system. Clean the door mats.
6.2.2
Dry clean the reception area, doors, glass panel, furniture, wastebin, water cooler and electrical fittings with duster followed by wet cleaning except electrical fittings. Use vacuum cleaner to clean hard-to-clean area and ceiling.
6.2.3
Dry clean the conference room doors, windows, ventilation blinds, floor, furniture, electrical fittings, air conditioner grills, with duster followed by wet cleaning except electrical fittings and air conditioner grills. Use vacuum cleaner to clean hard-to-clean area and ceiling.

CLEANING FREQUENCY: Twice in a day (during working hours) i.e. at the start of the shift and the end of the shift.

DINING HALL:
6.3.1
Dry clean the staircase, foot-mat, floor, tables, chairs, lunch bag lockers, waste bin, wall clock, wash basins, coolers, walls, electrical fittings with duster followed by wet cleaning except electrical fittings. Use vacuum cleaner and scrubbing machine to clean hard area and ceiling.

CLEANING FREQUENCY : Thrice in a day (during working hours) i.e. at the start of the shift, after lunch hour and end of the shift
