PROCEDURE FOR PEST CONTROL
1.0PURPOSE
To define standard pest control procedure and to keep the plant and entire area free of insects, pests etc.
2.0PROCEDURE
a)Spray insecticides and pesticides in corridors and out skirt of building
b)Exclude manufacturing area, QC and Stores areas to avoid contamination to any of raw material, intermediate and finished product.
c)Use insecticides/ pesticides of standard quality in standardardised concentrations
3.0RESPONSIBILITY
Responsibility of pest control activity is with administration department. The job should be executed by competent house-keeping personnel.
4.0RECORD
Record of pestcontrol activity should be maintained in log-book
