This procedure applicable to Xxx India Pvt Ltd, Xxx Plant

To layout procedures to link all EHS Policies and aspects.

6.0 SCOPE
This procedure provide guidelines on the EHS requirements on project work that involve the installation of new equipment or processes

9.0 PROCEDURE

9.1 The respective department supervisors are responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the EHS Project Review Checklist, INM-03-024-01 at the time a new machine or process is being considered.

9.2 In the checklist, the department supervisors are required to refer to the respective stated policy.

9.3 The EHS personnel will review the checklist for assessing the EHS impact of the new project.

9.4 EHS personnel will work together with the respective department supervisor and develop an EHS Project Review Plan based on the Checklists.

9.5 For the determination of significant EHS aspects, an evaluation viz flow diagram of key stages of process and Input/Outputs at each stage is to be forwarded by the owner to the EHS personnel for assessment of EHS impact & filing.
